Who will deliver my order?

We work with DPD to ensure you a fast, secure and trackable delivery.

Return charges for unwanted items

Please note it is your responsibility to cover the cost of postage for unwanted items. If you are returning items to us via courier, we will charge you €4.99 per parcel. Alternatively, you can of course use your own courier service to return the items to us at your own cost.

Returning damaged, incorrect or faulty items

Every effort is made to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, if your home delivery order arrives damaged, faulty or with an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything is resolve the issue. Please note, slight damage to the outside box can happen during shipment and would not be regarded as product damage. We will cover the cost of the item providing it is found to be faulty or damaged. If the incorrect goods are received, we will replace with no cost.

Cancelling an order

You can request that we cancel your order before it is shipped. We will do our utmost to cancel the order before it is shipped and process a full refund. If an order has already been dispatched, you should follow the above instructions for returning unwanted orders.

Who will deliver my order?

We work with DPD to ensure you a fast, secure and trackable delivery.

When will I receive my order?

You should normally expect your Home Delivery orders within 3 working days from date of order placement, but it may often be sooner. Deliveries are typically attempted Monday – Friday between 8.00 AM - 6.00 PM.

How do I track my delivery’s progress?

DPD will email and text you the night before and morning of delivery with your tracking link.

Will all of my goods be sent at the same time?

We will pick all your items together and ship your order at the same time. However, depending upon the size of the order we may ship the order in more than one package. Consequently, you may not receive all of the goods/packages at the same time. If you order an item which is marked 'pre-order' we will not usually dispatch your order until your whole order is ready.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

To cancel or remove products from your order, or to change the delivery address, please contact us. If your order has not been processed, we will try to accommodate your request. If you would like to add products to your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will try our best to accommodate.
