Returns Policy

Returns Policy for Online Orders 

How long have I got to return unwanted items? 

We try to ensure we represent our products as detailed and as correctly as possible. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to authorize a return. You can of course return your order, or part of it, for any reason via courier within 10 Days after delivery. 

Again, items must be in their original condition for resale. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is not received in new, unopened condition. To be eligible for a full refund, products need to be faulty or in a re-sellable condition. 

Return charges for unwanted items. 

Please note it is your responsibility to cover the cost of postage for unwanted items. If you are returning items to us via courier, we will charge you €4.99 per parcel. Alternatively, you can of course use your own courier service to return the items to us at your own cost.  

Returning damaged, incorrect or faulty items. 

Every effort is made to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, if your home delivery order arrives damaged, faulty or with an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything is resolve the issue. Please note, slight damage to the outside box can happen during shipment and would not be regarded as product damage. 

We will cover the cost of the item providing it is found to be faulty or damaged. If the incorrect goods are received, we will replace with no cost.   

Cancelling an order. 

You can request that we cancel your order before it is shipped. We will do our utmost to cancel the order before it is shipped and process a full refund. If an order has already been dispatched, you should follow the above instructions for returning unwanted orders.
